Now, before you ask - I'll answer. How did I do it? First of all, I have been plugging away at it for over 3 years. Second, I have been very aggressive about achieving it. I remember when I first started writing articles, I would look to see how many articles I needed to get on the first page of the author results. Then my next goal was to get "above the fold" on that page (I needed about 1300 or so to get there). Then literally one by one, I would write enough articles to surpass the next person on the list. Of course, in the meantime, I have generated about $400k in revenue from my articles, become number one in many article categories, and become the world's foremost expert in article
marketing who actually does what he teaches (too many people are teaching others how to do article marketing because they learned it from me, not because they actually do article marketing the way I do and make big money from it). So the next question is - what about you?

Well, for starters, you might not covet the #1 spot in ezinearticles the way I did. But what if you were #1 in your category in ezinearticles? Would that make a difference in your traffic? Of course it would! Would that make a difference in your "expert status" online? Of course it would! So go ahead, check out your category in ezinearticles. How many articles will it take to get to #1?

If it is a high number, just make your first goal to get on the page. Then each week or month, try to gain one spot on the page. And when you are #1 for your category, it will be worth it, trust me!
