The latest Google Panda update has resulted in another so called Google Slap.  This time the victim would seem to be Blog Networks like Build My Rank and other such networks that website owners use for backlink building and SEO.  

If you believe what your hear in the forums then you are probably ready to run for the hills when you even hear or see something about using these networks to promote a blog or website, but the truth is that these death announcements are quite premature.  I must have read 6 different posts that claimed BMR had already announced they were calling it quits...

So I went and read what they had actually said, and it was quite a bit different than that.  Yes, they had experienced a mass de-indexing of the pages across their network of blogs.  Yes, they were not taking any new clients an were issuing refunds to those that had yet to get their orders filled.  And no, they weren't sure how soon it would be until they were ready to start up again...

But nowhere did they say they were done for good!

And rightly so.  There are several Blog Networks out there that suffered a similar Google Slap to their networks that are also shutting down for the moment.  And there are a couple of new ones with very unique approaches that should be safe even going forward.  

My favorite is a new program called Blog Syndicator.
