The first thing you have to understand, is your product is not vitamins. It’s not juice. It’s not the opportunity to live free, and earn well. Your product is your relationship with people. Did the light go off yet. If not let me explain.

Money doesn’t just appear outta then air. It is simply transferred from one person to the next. So to get in and grab your share you have to understand what people want, and why they would buy anything. So now let’s dive into the basic four personality types so you can start closing more prospects into your business.

1. Reds – Cedrick Harris calls them “Fire”:

These are the power suit, power tie, CEO type of people. They want recognition, they are firery, they can sell salt to a slug and probably would if you give them high enough commision lol. These are your leaders in thier own right. They have the strongest of personalities and can be the most difficult to deal with.

To sponsor these type of people you have to show them how they will make money right now! Show them how they can use thier abilities to make major things happen, and challenge them. They like the feeling of conquering things so give them something to conquer.

2. Blues – or as Cedrick says “Wind”:

Blues are the most common people drawn to mlm so you will see a lot of them in your marketing efforts. These people love the idea of being free. They want to be there own boss because they hate having a boss. They hate rules, and they just want to have fun. These people are very forgetful, not focused, and are quick to jump ship. They usually fall for the grass is greener thing so they have been in about 10 different mlm companies.

So to sponsor these type of people you should be direct with them. Don’t give them options. Say things like, “Read this Free report and I will call you at 7:15.” Always be in control of the conversation and never give them a follow time to call you because they will forget.

3. Yellows – Also known as “Water” in Cedrick Harris’s Teachings:

Yellows are your givers. They never make a decision based on themselves. This is the second biggest group and they are the most coach-able. When attempting to sponsor these people into your Internet network marketing business, you should listen to who they say is important to them, and use that person as an example over and over again. Maybe you could say, “Your son will adore the idea of you being at all of his football games.”

To sponsor more yellows you have to involve them in a culture an enviroment for them to grow and help. Thier confidence will rise and they will bloom into very helpful leaders. Emphasis the benefits of them being with the loved one they most adore. These people will be your most coachable and respectful people.

4. Finally Ice as Cedrick says, I call them Greens:

Ya know the guy with the pen in his shirt pocket, or the girl that counts sales tax in the grocery line for exact change? Well these are greens. They need facts, and logical reasoning in front of joining anything. They take forever to join because they are so analytical. They are somethime frugal too..

You could send a green to a plain Jane website and they would be interested if the words or videos are informative and helpful. So, you think these people are a waste of time? Not so, these are your business partners for life. They take so long to make decisions that when they do make one it is the right one for them.

The way to sponsor these people is to be less aggressive and give them time to digest everything. The more you can give them to read over and watch the better. The more facts and proof you give them the more the will consider your offer.
