In order to be eligible to earn bonus commissions you will have to acquire a certain number of new customers and a certain number of new representatives. As the compensation plan has been changed numerous times since it’s inception I will not comment on specifics as they might be incorrect. Once you have reached the required amount of reps and customers to qualify for commissions you have the ability to begin earning an income.
What is so amazing about this compensation plan for the company is this. Industry statistics show that about 97% of all new sales reps in any multi level marketing company never enroll more than 2 new distributors into their business. ACN only pays out bonus commissions to those distributors that have produced more than that statistic. This means that for most new reps that enroll in the company, that $499.00 goes directly to the companies bottom line. What ACN has manifested for themselves is truly brilliant. Rather than hiring sales agents and phone sales agents to offer their products. They actually receive $499.00 from each new sales agent. About 3% of those will actually be earning a significant income from the enrollment fees of their new sales reps. All the rest goes a concept.
This is no way means that there is not an opportunity to generate cash flow with ACN because actually there is. There will be those unique individuals that have become very wealthy through this company.
The leaders of ACN would have you believe that each individual has the very same opportunity to earn income with their business. I do not agree. That’s like saying that every individual on the planet has the same opportunity to become a surgeon, or an acrobat or a linebacker for the N.Y. Giants. It just isn’t true. When doing business with the traditional network marketing approach; by this I mean, hotel meetings, 3-way calls etc. The people with the most success are all of a very particular character type. Basically type A personalities. If you are not like that, then you will have a very tough time building a business.
Countless people are struggling with this format, believing that something is wrong with them. There isn’t. They are simply using a system that was not designed for most people.
