There are certain things in your network marketing business that, even though may sound simple, produce excellent results.

An good example of this would be sending your new mlm recruit a welcome email.

Here are Five Points Why This Simple Idea is Powerful

First, we all want to feel accepted in society.

Second, that email makes us feel welcomed.

Third, the same welcome email signals the person the beginning of a hopefully profitable relationship and sets the pace. In other words, it establishes a formal communication line between you and your new mlm downliner. If you were to ask a new person how he feels when she gets her first welcome email, you will find that such a welcome provides a significant starting point for her.

Fourth, it orients the person. What a great feeling to know that your upline is going to be there for you and to prove his point, he is sending you a sequenced list of things to do first, before anything else. Don’t we all need that initially?

By the way, on the list of things to do first, tell her to grab and read an ebook or book on network marketing. Choose the one that you think would be the best for her case. Once she has gone through it, ask her what she learned from it and how she thinks it will help grow her mlm business. By doing this, you will also find out how much on fire she is on the subject.

If the book is good, she will be ready to start recruiting right away. You will notice that what she tells you at this point could determine if she is to become your next mlm leader under your downline organization.

Just listen closely to her comments.

And fifth, we all want to feel part of a group, part of a mastermind community. Group belonging is a strong factor when someone signs up and to tell you the truth, sometimes is the deciding factor.

So there you go, five important elements to ponder on and apply to your mlm efforts.

And it all starts with a simple yet powerful welcome email!

So keep that in mind at all times, help your new recruit from the beginning, give her a good orientation as far as the things she needs to do first, walk her personally or over the phone so she feels secure at all times and watch her increase her level of confidence in a short period of time.

If you do so, chances are she will do do the same as taught, and that means bigger downlines for you and her.
