Certainly your product is a high-quality one or you wouldn't be using. But if your prospects, or even people in your downline, can go to Wal-Mart and buy a comparable product for less some of them will.

People who are not making money in their business generally quit using the product based on price and believability in it. Plus many people shop at Wal-Mart and it's just more convenient to pick it up than it is to wait on it to be shipped.

3. Does the compensation plan have quick pay retail bonuses and the ability to create fast income from them? I see it all the time where a person drops out of network marketing because they're not making money quick enough.

It is very exciting to receive even a small check right away and that's what your network marketing company should offer you. More people will retail products when they know they are going to get paid the following week. This is good for their excitement level and for their cash flow.

Of course residual income is what many network marketers want. You can create an excellent residual income if you pay plan rewards you in the future for work you are doing today. This makes it more likely you will select that specific network marketing business over another one.

5. You should do all types of advertising. Traffic exchanges, exit pop-ups, text Link ads, article marketing, discussion forums, social networking, blogging, and pay per click advertising are all very easy to do because now you just promote the co-op rotator URL.

MLM Products-Why Don’t Distributors Sell More?

Most Multi-level marketing products are sold at the retail level with a pretty good profit margin. This brings up the question of why people do not sell more if there is so much money to be made?

Let's analyze that a little bit closer.

1. They do not have a high belief level in the product they are selling. Depending on the product line many Multi-level marketing distributors do not use their own products often enough.

The best way to develop a belief level in a product is to use it and understand everything about it. This makes it much easier to retail the product both online and face to face.

2. Many MLM products are overpriced for what you get. One problem that network marketing companies face is justifying the prices they charge. This is especially true on a product line that a person can go down to a local retailer and purchase for half the price.

Of course the draw of an Network marketing business is often times the compensation plan. To be able to a pay commissions on several levels deep there has to be profit built into each level. This can present a problem for people when it comes to retailing their products.

3. Many people work full time jobs and retailing products can be time consuming. Everyone knows that the real money to be made in multi-level marketing is through building a large downline.
